比賽簡介 / Introduction :

2026智匯同文·亞太兒童及青少年校園之星繪畫大賽以「智匯同文，藝潤新苗」為理念，鼓勵年輕一代傳承與弘揚多元優秀繪畫藝術文化，為熱愛繪畫藝術、具備創作素養的亞太地區少年兒童搭建專業校園展示平臺，讓畫壇新星綻放才華，展現亞太青少年的文化自信與藝術風采。

Guided by the philosophy of "Wisdom Integration & Common Culture, Nurturing Young Talents through Art", the 2026 Wisdom Integration & Common Culture · Asia-Pacific Children and Teenagers Campus Star Painting Competition encourages the younger generation to inherit and carry forward diverse and outstanding painting art culture. It builds a professional campus display platform for children and adolescents across the Asia-Pacific region who love painting art and possess creative literacy, enabling young painting talents to fully demonstrate their gifts and showcase the cultural confidence and artistic grace of Asia-Pacific teenagers.

比賽內容 | Competition Content

本賽事設靜態繪畫創作單一參賽組別，涵蓋水彩、油畫、素描、國畫、漫畫、數碼繪畫、綜合材料創作等全類繪畫參賽形式，不設畫種限制；參賽作品無題材、風格與地域壁壘，廣納經典傳統、現代潮流、校園生活、自然風光、影視主題、原創自創等多元繪畫類型，為亞太地區少年兒童搭建專業校園繪畫展示平臺，充分釋放繪畫天賦與藝術創作能力，展現校園學子風采與多元文化底蘊。

Two major competition categories are set for the 2026 Wisdom Integration & Common Culture · Asia-Pacific Children and Teenagers Campus Star Painting Competition: static painting creation. All painting styles are acceptable, including watercolor, oil painting, sketch, traditional Chinese painting, comics, digital painting, mixed-media creation and other painting forms, with no restrictions on painting types. There are no barriers to themes, styles or regions for competition entries. A wide range of painting genres are embraced, including traditional classics, modern trends, campus life, natural scenery, film and television themes, original creations and other diverse styles. This event builds a professional campus painting exhibition platform for children and adolescents throughout the Asia-Pacific region, enabling participants to fully unleash their painting talent and artistic creative capabilities, and demonstrate the youthful charm of campus students and diverse cultural heritage.

比賽組委會將在比賽結果正式公佈後，約 60 個工作日內通過掛號信方式，為獲獎者寄送榮譽獎項及定制證書（若有定制需求）。The Competition Organizing Committee will send honorary awards and customized certificates (if customized) to the winners by registered post within approximately 60 working days after the official announcement of the competition results.

提交方式/Submission Method：

透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。

Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The naming convention is Name - Age Group.

評分標準 / Grading Criteria

專業技巧與完成質量（30 分）/ Technical Skill & Creation Quality (30 points)

評判構圖難度、繪畫基礎功底、筆法色彩把控、細刻細節處理、畫面完整度與成品精緻度，全面體現參賽選手繪畫基礎功底與日常創作訓練水準。 Evaluate composition difficulty, fundamental painting techniques, brushwork and color control, detailed carving processing, picture integrity and finished refinement, fully reflecting contestants’ basic painting skills and daily creation training standards.

藝術表達與藝術美感（25 分）/ Artistic Expression & Aesthetics (25 points)

評判色彩搭配、空間層次、情感內涵、主題詮釋與畫面氛圍營造，凸顯作品獨特藝術感染力、審美層次與參賽者個人美術素養。 Evaluate color matching, spatial layers, emotional connotation, thematic interpretation and atmospheric construction of the picture, highlighting the unique artistic appeal, aesthetic depth of works and contestants’ personal artistic literacy.

主題創意與內涵呈現（30 分）/ Original Creativity & Connotation Presentation (30 points)

評判創作構思獨特性、題材新意、視角想象力、校園主題融合度、個人思想表達，契合賽事以美育人、激發少年創造潛能的辦賽宗旨。 Evaluate originality of creative conception, innovative themes, imaginative perspectives, integration with campus themes and personal ideological expression, consistent with the competition mission of nurturing youngsters with art and stimulating children’s creative potential.

畫面規範與創作禮貌（15 分）/ Work Standardization & Creation Norm (15 points)

評判畫作排版規整、署名規範、畫面整潔度、創作態度嚴謹度、參賽作品完整提交規範，展現青少年規矩審美修養與國際藝術賽事創作標準。 Evaluate neat layout of paintings, standardized signature, picture cleanliness, rigorous creative attitude and complete submission norms of entries, demonstrating teenagers’ well-mannered aesthetic accomplishment and creation standards of international art competitions.

Gold Award: 90 - 94 points (per age group)
Silver Award: 85 - 89 points (per age group)
Bronze Award: 80 - 84 points (per age group)
Merit Award: 70 - 79 points (per age group, awarded to eligible participants not receiving the above awards)
Best Education Award: Eligible for recommending 5 or more participants; Selected based on the overall comprehensive score of the recommended participants

．任何學校/教育中心/團體推薦參賽者達10名或以上，可獲「團體獎」
．Any school/educational center/group recommending 10 or more participants will receive a "Group Award".
．任何導師推薦參賽者達5名或以上，可獲「導師獎」
．Any instructor recommending 5 or more participants will receive an "Instructor Award".

領取奬項細則 / Award Collection Details：

比賽得獎結果將以電郵通知，並於此網站上刊登；
比賽獎項將於獎項申請結束後六十天內發送；
比賽奬項及證書均採用順豐速運運費寄付寄送；
所有比賽獎項一經簽收或領取，如有任何損壞或遺失，將不獲補發；
如因填寫資料有誤或無法順利聯繫，以致包裹無法投遞，主辦方概不負責。

The competition results will be notified via email and published on this website.
Awards will be dispatched within two months after the award application period ends.
Competition prizes and certificates will be sent using SF Express with shipping fees prepaid.
Once the awards have been signed for or collected, no replacements will be issued for any damages or losses.
The organizer is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect information or unsuccessful contact attempts.

參賽作品要求 / Competition Entry Requirements

參賽作品需為參賽者本人真實原創手繪作品，由參賽者本人獨立完成創作。參賽題材、風格、畫種自選，形式不限，歡迎各類原創繪畫作品參賽。允許使用曾參加其他藝術賽事之作品。作品命名格式：姓名 - 年齡組別 - 參賽類別（例：王五 - 幼兒組 - 創意繪畫；陳六 - 兒童組 - 手繪創作；趙七 - 少年組 - 原創畫作）。

Entries must be authentic, original hand-painted works independently completed by the participant. Contestants may freely choose painting themes, styles and categories with no restrictions on creation forms. Works previously submitted to other art competitions are acceptable. File naming format: Name - Age Group - Entry Category (e.g., Wang Wu – Toddler Group – Creative Painting; Chen Liu – Children’s Group – Hand-painted Creation; Zhao Qi – Junior Group – Original Painting).

本次賽事為靜態繪畫類賽事，參賽者僅需提交畫作清晰完整原始實拍圖片，無時長限制。作品需為參賽者親筆手繪原創，需上傳真實手繪實拍原图，嚴禁使用AI全圖生成、網絡盜圖、模板拼接、素材拼貼、翻拍抄襲等造假方式製作作品，禁止後期過度修圖篡改畫作原始效果，保證作品真實性、原創性。若圖片檔案體積過大，可通過官方郵箱遞交參賽作品。

This is a static painting competition. Participants only need to submit clear and complete original photos of their paintings with no time limit for entries. All works must be original hand-painted creations by the participants. Fully AI-generated images, stolen online pictures, template splicing, material collage, copied or reproduced works are strictly prohibited. Excessive post-retouching to alter the original effect of paintings is forbidden to ensure the authenticity and originality of entries. You may submit works via official email if the file size is too large.

若經查證作品非本人手繪原創、存在抄襲盜用、AI偽造、修圖造假、冒名參賽等違規行為，將立即取消參賽資格。參賽內容如違反相關法律法規、公序良俗，一切法律責任由參賽者自行承擔，主辦單位不承擔任何相關責任。所有參賽作品不得含有不良、違規、爭議性內容，不得包含商業宣傳、政治推廣元素，不得出現與繪畫參賽無關的違規畫面、文字、水印及標識。

Participants found to have submitted non-original hand-painted works, plagiarized or stolen content, AI counterfeits, falsified retouched images, or competed under false pretenses will be disqualified immediately. If any entry violates relevant laws, regulations and public order and good customs, the participant shall bear all legal responsibilities independently, and the organizer shall not be liable. All entries must not contain inappropriate, illegal or controversial content, nor commercial or political promotion elements, and shall not include irregular images, texts, watermarks and logos irrelevant to the painting competition.

所有參賽作品之著作權及最終使用權歸2026智匯同文·亞太兒童及青少年校園之星繪畫大賽主辦協會所有。

The copyright and ultimate usage right of all entries shall belong to the organizing association of 2026 Zhihui Tongwen Asia-Pacific Children & Youth Campus Star Painting Competition.
