比賽簡介 / Introduction :

本賽事以「智匯同文，樂潤新苗」為理念，鼓勵年輕一代傳承與弘揚多元優秀語言藝術與配音文化，為熱愛配音藝術、具備良好語言表達與演繹素養的亞太地區少年兒童搭建專業展示平臺，讓配音新星綻放才華，以聲傳情、以音鑄魂，展現亞太青少年的文化自信與語言藝術風采。

Guided by the vision of Wisdom Integration & Common Culture, Nurturing Young Talents through Music, this competition aims to inspire the younger generation to inherit and promote diverse excellent language art and dubbing culture. It builds a professional platform for children and adolescents in the Asia-Pacific region who are passionate about dubbing art and equipped with good language expression and interpretation literacy, allowing emerging young dubbers to showcase their talents, convey emotions through voice and forge soul through sound, and present the cultural confidence and language artistic elegance of young people in the Asia-Pacific region.

比賽內容 | Competition Content

本賽事設獨配、群配兩大參賽組別，涵蓋單角色獨配、多角色獨配、雙人對配、團隊群配等所有配音表演形式，不設形式限制；參賽作品無語言壁壘，廣納動畫配音、影視片段配音、有聲書配音、原創腳本配音等多元配音風格，為亞太地區少年兒童搭建專業舞臺，充分釋放語言天賦與聲音演繹力，展現新苗風采與文化底蘊。

Solo dubbing and group dubbing are set as the two major competition categories of the Wisdom Integration & Common Culture · Asia-Pacific Children and Adolescent Dubbing Competition. All dubbing performance forms are acceptable, including single-role solo dubbing, multi-role solo dubbing, two-person dialogue dubbing, and team group dubbing, with no restrictions on performance styles. There are no language barriers for entries, and diverse dubbing styles are warmly welcomed, including animation dubbing, film and television clip dubbing, audio book dubbing, original script dubbing and more. It builds a professional stage for children and adolescents across the Asia-Pacific, fully releasing their language talent and voice interpretation, while showcasing the elegance and cultural connotation of the young generation.

比賽組委會將在比賽結果正式公佈後，約 60 個工作日內通過掛號信方式，為獲獎者寄送榮譽獎項及定制證書（若有定制需求）。The Competition Organizing Committee will send honorary awards and customized certificates (if customized) to the winners by registered post within approximately 60 working days after the official announcement of the competition results.

提交方式/Submission Method：

透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。

Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The naming convention is Name - Age Group.

評分標準 / Grading Criteria：

配音技巧與完成質量（30 分）

評判配音難度、語音語調標準度、台詞節奏把控、情感對口程度及作品完整度，體現參賽選手的配音專業功底與日常訓練水準。Technical Skill & Dubbing Quality (30 points): Evaluate the difficulty of dubbing, standardization of pronunciation and intonation, control of line rhythm, degree of emotional alignment, and dubbing completeness, reflecting contestants' professional dubbing foundation and daily training level.

語音表達與藝術詮釋（25 分）

評判語速節奏、角色情感還原、台詞層次處理及音色變化把控，展現配音演繹的藝術感染力與個人語言表達素養，契合原角色氣質與作品風格。Voice Expression & Artistic Interpretation (25 points): Evaluate speaking speed and rhythm, restoration of character emotions, handling of line layers, and control of timbre changes, presenting the artistic appeal of dubbing performance and personal language expression literacy, in line with the original character's temperament and work style.

舞臺表現與競技狀態（30 分）

評判現場配音穩定性、舞臺氣場、臨場應變能力及對角色的演繹態度，契合大賽“以聲傳情、以音鑄魂”的藝術育人宗旨。Stage Performance & Competitive Spirit (30 points): Evaluate on-site dubbing stability, stage presence, on-the-spot adaptability and attitude towards character interpretation, in line with the competition’s art education mission of "conveying emotions through voice and forging soul through sound".

儀容儀表與舞臺禮儀（15 分）

評判服裝儀容、登臺問候禮儀、配音姿態及謝幕舉止，體現青少年的藝術修養、文明素質與國際賽事的禮儀風範。On-site Appearance & Stage Etiquette (15 points): Evaluate attire and grooming, entrance greeting etiquette, dubbing posture and curtain-call manner, reflecting young players' artistic accomplishment, civilized quality and international competition etiquette.

Competition duration by age group (e.g., participants may perform songs or song segments that do not meet the full duration requirement. They may still compete normally.)

Kindergarten Group (Ages 3-5): 1 mins
Lower Children's Group (Ages 6-8): 1~1.5 mins
Higher Children's Group (Ages 9-11):1~2 mins
Youth Group (Ages 12-14): 1~3 mins
Young Adult Group (Ages 15-17):1.5~2 mins
Open Group (Ages 18 and above): 1.5~3 mins

Best Education Award: Eligible for recommending 5 or more participants; Selected based on the overall comprehensive score of the recommended participants

．任何學校/教育中心/團體推薦參賽者達10名或以上，可獲「團體獎」
．Any school/educational center/group recommending 10 or more participants will receive a "Group Award".
．任何導師推薦參賽者達5名或以上，可獲「導師獎」
．Any instructor recommending 5 or more participants will receive an "Instructor Award".

比賽作品要求 / Competition Entry Requirements：

參賽影片需為參賽者本人/團隊真實配音表演片段，由參賽者本人親自完成配音（獨配需本人獨立完成，群配需全員親自參與配音）。配音作品、風格自選，形式不限（獨配、群配、多角色配音等均可）。允許使用曾參加其他配音賽事之影片，作品命名格式：姓名/團隊名 - 年齡組別 - 參賽形式（例：張三 - 少年組 - 獨配；星聲配音團 - 兒童組 - 群配）。

Entries must feature real dubbing performance footage performed personally by the participant(s) or their team (solo dubbing must be completed independently by the participant; group dubbing must involve all members in person). The dubbing work and style are self-selected with no restrictions on form (solo dubbing, group dubbing, multi-role dubbing, etc., are all allowed). Participants may use videos submitted in other dubbing events, with the naming format: Name/Team Name - Age Group - Performance Form (e.g., Zhang San - Junior Group - Solo Dubbing; Star Voice Dubbing Troupe - Children's Group - Group Dubbing).

參賽影片時長不少於 1 分鐘，不超過 5 分鐘。影片可包含完整配音表演、配音技巧細節展示、現場配音畫面、語氣情感詮釋等內容。影片需真實拍攝、現場收音（清晰收錄參賽者配音聲，禁止後期修音、混音、後期補配），不得替換配音、不得剪輯造假、不得使用特效修飾配音音色與表演效果。若檔案超過 15MB，可通過郵箱遞交。

The entry video must be no less than 1 minute and no more than 5 minutes long. It may include complete dubbing performance, dubbing technical detail demonstration, live dubbing footage, and tone and emotional interpretation. The video must be authentically filmed with live sound (clearly recording the participants' dubbing voices; post-production tuning, mixing and supplementary dubbing are prohibited); replacing dubbing, fake editing, and special effects to modify dubbing tone and performance effects are not allowed. If the file exceeds 15MB, you may submit via email.

若經查證影片非本人出演配音、配音內容抄襲、剪輯造假或冒名參賽，將立即取消參賽資格；參賽內容如違反相關法律法規，一切法律責任由參賽者自行承擔，主辦單位不負責。所有影片不得含有不良、違規、爭議性內容，不得包含商業宣傳或政治推廣元素，不得出現與配音表演無關的違規畫面。所有參賽作品之著作權及最終使用權歸本協會所有。

Participants found to have submitted non-personal dubbing videos, plagiarized dubbing content, fake editing or competed under false pretenses will be disqualified immediately. If any entry violates relevant laws and regulations, the participant shall bear all legal responsibilities, and the organizer shall not be liable. All videos must not contain inappropriate, illegal or controversial content, nor commercial or political promotion elements, and shall not include irrelevant irregular footage unrelated to dubbing performance. The copyright and ultimate usage right of all entries shall belong to the Association.

領取奬項細則 / Award Collection Details：

比賽得獎結果將以電郵通知，並於此網站上刊登；
比賽獎項將於獎項申請結束後六十天內發送；
比賽奬項及證書均採用順豐速運運費寄付寄送；
所有比賽獎項一經簽收或領取，如有任何損壞或遺失，將不獲補發；
如因填寫資料有誤或無法順利聯繫，以致包裹無法投遞，主辦方概不負責。

The competition results will be notified via email and published on this website.
Awards will be dispatched within two months after the award application period ends.
Competition prizes and certificates will be sent using SF Express with shipping fees prepaid.
Once the awards have been signed for or collected, no replacements will be issued for any damages or losses.
The organizer is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect information or unsuccessful contact attempts.
