比賽簡介 / Introduction :

本賽事以「智匯同文，樂潤新苗」為理念，鼓勵年輕一代傳承與弘揚多元優秀藝術文化，為熱愛繪畫藝術、具備美術創作能力的亞太地區少年兒童搭建專業展示平臺，讓丹青新星綻放才華，展現亞太青少年的文化自信與藝術風采。

Guided by the vision of Wisdom Integration & Common Culture, Nurturing Young Talents through Art, this competition aims to inspire the younger generation to inherit and promote diverse excellent art and culture. It builds a professional platform for children and adolescents in the Asia-Pacific region with passion for fine art and creative painting skills, allowing emerging young artists to showcase their talents and present the cultural confidence and artistic elegance of young people in the Asia-Pacific region.

比賽內容 | Competition Content

本賽事設個人繪畫、集體創作兩大參賽組別，涵蓋水彩、油畫、彩鉛、馬克筆、國畫、版畫等多種繪畫形式，不設畫種限制；參賽作品無題材壁壘，廣納風景、人物、動漫、創意插畫、主題創作等多元藝術風格，為亞太地區少年兒童搭建專業展示平台，充分釋放創意想象與美術表達力，展現新苗風采與文化底蘊。

This competition features two major categories: individual painting and group creation. Various art forms are acceptable, including watercolor, oil painting, colored pencil, marker painting, traditional Chinese painting, printmaking and more, with no restrictions on painting mediums. There are no creative barriers for entries, and diverse art styles are warmly welcomed, such as landscape, portrait, anime, illustration, themed creation and more. It builds a professional platform for children and adolescents across the Asia-Pacific, fully releasing their creative imagination and artistic expression, while showcasing the elegance and cultural connotation of the young generation.

比賽組委會將在比賽結果正式公佈後，約 60 個工作日內通過掛號信方式，為獲獎者寄送榮譽獎項及定制證書（若有定制需求）。The Competition Organizing Committee will send honorary awards and customized certificates (if customized) to the winners by registered post within approximately 60 working days after the official announcement of the competition results.

提交方式/Submission Method：

透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。

Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The naming convention is Name - Age Group.

評分標準/Grading Criteria：

繪畫技巧與完成質量（30 分）評判畫作難度、造型結構、色彩運用、線條表現及作品完整度，體現選手專業功底與訓練水準。Technical Skill & Work Quality (30 points):Evaluate the difficulty of the creation, structure, color application, line performance and completeness of the work, reflecting the contestant's professional foundation and training level.

創意構思與主題表達（25 分）評判構圖設計、創意構思、主題呈現及畫面氛圍，展現藝術感染力與個人美術素養。Creative Concept & Thematic Expression (25 points):Evaluate composition design, originality, theme performance and artistic atmosphere, showing the artistic appeal and personal art literacy.

整體畫面與視覺美感（30 分）評判畫面協調性、層次表現、視覺效果及個人風格，契合賽事美育育人宗旨。Overall Composition & Visual Aesthetics (30 points):Evaluate visual harmony, layering, visual impact and personal style, in line with the aesthetic education purpose of the competition.

作品規範與整潔度（15 分）評判畫面整潔度、作品完整性、提交規範及整體呈現品質，體現青少年藝術素養與專業態度。Work Standard & Neatness (15 points):Evaluate the neatness of the work, completeness, submission standard and overall presentation quality, reflecting the artistic literacy and professional attitude of young contestants.

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：

參賽作品需為參賽者本人 / 團隊原創繪畫作品，由參賽者獨立創作完成（集體創作需全員共同參與創作）。繪畫題材、畫種、風格自選，形式不限（單幅作品、系列作品均可）。允許使用曾參加其他繪畫賽事之作品，作品命名格式：姓名 / 團隊名 - 年齡組別 - 畫種 / 形式（例：張三 - 少年組 - 水彩；陽光美術社 - 兒童組 - 集體創作）。Entries must be original paintings created by the participants themselves or their team (group works must be jointly created by all members). The theme, painting medium and style are self-selected with no restrictions on form (single work or series are all allowed). Participants may use works submitted in other art competitions, with the naming format: Name/Team Name - Age Group - Medium/Form (e.g., Zhang San - Junior Group - Watercolor; Sunshine Art Club - Children's Group - Group Creation).
參賽作品圖片清晰完整，畫面無遮擋、無變形，可拍攝整幅作品及局部細節。作品需為原創拍攝，真實還原畫作色彩與細節，禁止盜用他人作品、禁止電腦合成造假、禁止過度修圖改變作品原貌。若檔案超過規定值，可通過郵箱遞交。The entry work photo must be clear and complete without occlusion or distortion, showing the full work and partial details. The work must be originally photographed to truly restore the color and details of the painting. Using others’ works, digital synthesis forgery, and excessive editing to alter the original appearance of the work are prohibited. If the file exceeds the specified size, you may submit via email.
若經查證作品非本人原創、抄襲複製、造假盜圖或冒名參賽，將立即取消參賽資格；參賽內容如違反相關法律法規，一切法律責任由參賽者自行承擔，主辦單位不負責。所有作品不得含有不良、違規、爭議性內容，不得包含商業宣傳或政治推廣元素，不得出現與繪畫藝術無關的違規內容。所有參賽作品之著作權及最終使用權歸本協會所有。Participants found to have submitted non-original works, plagiarism, forgery, stolen images or competed under false pretenses will be disqualified immediately. If any entry violates relevant laws and regulations, the participant shall bear all legal responsibilities, and the organizer shall not be liable. All works must not contain inappropriate, illegal or controversial content, nor commercial or political promotion elements, and shall not include irregular content unrelated to painting art.The copyright and ultimate ownership of all entries shall belong to the Association.

Participants may submit works that do not fully conform to the above size requirements. They may still compete normally.

Lower Children's Group (Ages 6–8):A3 or A4 size
Higher Children's Group (Ages 9–11):A3 or A4 size
Youth Group (Ages 12–14):A2, A3 or A4 size
Young Adult Group (Ages 15–17):A2, A3 or A4 size
Open Group (Ages 18 and above):A2, A3 or A4 size

Special Gold Award: ≥ 95 points (per age group)
Gold Award: 90 - 94 points (per age group)
Silver Award: 85 - 89 points (per age group)
Bronze Award: 80 - 84 points (per age group)
Merit Award: 70 - 79 points (per age group, awarded to eligible participants not receiving the above awards)
Best Education Award: Eligible for recommending 5 or more participants; Selected based on the overall comprehensive score of the recommended participants

【學校/團體獎項 / School/Group Awards】

．任何學校/教育中心/團體推薦參賽者達10名或以上，可獲「團體獎」
．Any school/educational center/group recommending 10 or more participants will receive a "Group Award".
．任何導師推薦參賽者達5名或以上，可獲「導師獎」
．Any instructor recommending 5 or more participants will receive an "Instructor Award".

領取奬項細則 / Award Collection Details：

比賽得獎結果將以電郵通知，並於此網站上刊登；
比賽獎項將於獎項申請結束後六十天內發送；
比賽奬項及證書均採用順豐速運運費寄付寄送；
所有比賽獎項一經簽收或領取，如有任何損壞或遺失，將不獲補發；
如因填寫資料有誤或無法順利聯繫，以致包裹無法投遞，主辦方概不負責。

The competition results will be notified via email and published on this website.
Awards will be dispatched within two months after the award application period ends.
Competition prizes and certificates will be sent using SF Express with shipping fees prepaid.
Once the awards have been signed for or collected, no replacements will be issued for any damages or losses.
The organizer is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect information or unsuccessful contact attempts.
