比賽簡介 / Introduction :

本賽事以「智匯同文，樂潤新苗」為理念，鼓勵年輕一代傳承與弘揚多元優秀音樂文化，為熱愛音樂藝術、具備歌唱與演奏能力的亞太地區少年兒童搭建專業展示平臺，讓樂壇新星綻放才華，展現亞太青少年的文化自信與藝術風采。

Guided by the vision of Wisdom Integration & Common Culture, Nurturing Young Talents through Music, this competition aims to inspire the younger generation to inherit and promote diverse excellent music culture. It builds a professional platform for children and adolescents in the Asia-Pacific region with passion for music and performance skills, allowing emerging young musicians to showcase their talents and present the cultural confidence and artistic elegance of young people in the Asia-Pacific region.

比賽內容 | Competition Content

本賽事設獨唱、合唱兩大參賽組別，涵蓋無伴奏清唱、伴奏演唱、自彈自唱等所有演唱形式，不設形式限制；參賽作品無語言壁壘，廣納兒歌、流行、節奏布魯斯、說唱等多元音樂風格，為亞太地區少年兒童搭建專業舞臺，充分釋放青春聲量與音樂表達力，展現新苗風采與文化底蘊。

Solo and choir are set as the two major competition categories of the Wisdom Integration & Common Culture · Asia-Pacific Young Seedling Cup Children and Adolescent Music Competition. All singing forms are acceptable, including a cappella, accompanied singing and self-accompanied performance, with no restrictions on performance styles. There is no language barrier for entries, and diverse music genres are warmly welcomed, such as children’s songs, pop, R&B, Rap and more. It builds a professional stage for children and adolescents across the Asia-Pacific, fully releasing their youthful voice and musical expression, while showcasing the elegance and cultural connotation of the young generation.

比賽組委會將在比賽結果正式公佈後，約 60 個工作日內通過掛號信方式，為獲獎者寄送榮譽獎項及定制證書（若有定制需求）。The Competition Organizing Committee will send honorary awards and customized certificates (if customized) to the winners by registered post within approximately 60 working days after the official announcement of the competition results.

提交方式/Submission Method：

透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。

Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The naming convention is Name - Age Group.

評分標準/Grading Criteria：

演奏技巧與完成質量（30 分）

評判演奏難度、音準節奏、技巧運用及作品完整度，體現選手專業功底與訓練水準。Technical Skill & Performance Quality (30 points):Evaluate the difficulty of the piece, intonation, rhythm, technical application and completeness of the performance, reflecting the contestant's professional foundation and training level.

音樂表達與藝術美感（25 分）

評判節奏韻律、情感表達、樂句處理及音色表現，展現音樂藝術感染力與個人音樂素養。Musical Expression & Artistic Aesthetics (25 points):Evaluate rhythm, emotional expression, phrasing and timbre, showing the artistic appeal of music and personal musical literacy.

舞臺表現與競技狀態（30 分）

評判現場發揮穩定性、舞臺感染力、抗壓表現及對音樂的熱忱態度，契合賽事育人宗旨。Stage Performance & Competitive Spirit (30 points):Evaluate on-site stability, stage appeal, stress resistance and passion for music, in line with the educational purpose of the competition.

儀容儀表與舞臺禮儀（15 分）

評判服裝儀容、登臺禮儀、謝幕舉止，體現青少年藝術素養與國際賽事禮儀風範。On-site Appearance & Stage Etiquette (15 points):Evaluate attire, appearance, stage entrance and closing etiquette, reflecting teenagers' artistic literacy and international competition etiquette.

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：

參賽影片需為參賽者本人 / 團隊真實演奏片段，由參賽者本人親自出演（樂器演奏需本人親自演奏，合唱/合奏需全員親自參與）。演奏作品、樂器、風格自選，形式不限（獨奏、合唱、合奏均可）。允許使用曾參加其他音樂賽事之影片，作品命名格式：姓名/團隊名 - 年齡組別 - 樂器/形式（例：張三 - 少年組 - 鋼琴；陽光合唱團 - 兒童組 - 合唱）。
Entries must feature real performance footage performed by the participants themselves or their team (instrumental performance must be played by the participants themselves; chorus/ensemble must involve all members in person). The performance piece, musical instrument and style are self-selected with no restrictions on form (solo, chorus, ensemble are all allowed). Participants may use videos submitted in other music events, with the naming format: Name/Team Name - Age Group - Instrument/Form (e.g., Zhang San - Junior Group - Piano; Sunshine Choir - Children's Group - Chorus).
參賽影片時長不少於 1 分鐘，不超過 5 分鐘。影片可包含完整作品演奏、技巧細節展示、現場表演畫面、樂句處理展示等內容。影片需真實拍攝、現場收音（清晰收錄樂器聲、歌聲，禁止後期修音、混音），不得替換配音、不得剪輯造假、不得使用特效修飾演奏效果。若檔案超過 15MB，可通過郵箱遞交。The entry video must be no less than 1 minute and no more than 5 minutes long. It may include complete piece performance, technical detail demonstration, live performance footage, phrasing display, etc. The video must be authentically filmed with live sound (clearly recording instrument sounds and singing, post-production tuning and mixing are prohibited); dubbing, fake editing, and special effects to modify performance effects are not allowed. If the file exceeds 15MB, you may submit via email.
若經查證影片非本人出演、演奏內容抄襲、剪輯造假或冒名參賽，將立即取消參賽資格；參賽內容如違反相關法律法規，一切法律責任由參賽者自行承擔，主辦單位不負責。所有影片不得含有不良、違規、爭議性內容，不得包含商業宣傳或政治推廣元素，不得出現與音樂演奏無關的違規畫面。所有參賽作品之著作權及最終使用權歸本協會所有。
Participants found to have submitted non-original videos, plagiarized performance content, fake editing or competed under false pretenses will be disqualified immediately. If any entry violates relevant laws and regulations, the participant shall bear all legal responsibilities, and the organizer shall not be liable. All videos must not contain inappropriate, illegal or controversial content, nor commercial or political promotion elements, and shall not include irregular footage unrelated to musical performance.The copyright and ultimate ownership of all entries shall belong to the Association.

Competition duration by age group (e.g., participants may perform songs or song segments that do not meet the full duration requirement. They may still compete normally.)

Kindergarten Group (Ages 3-5): 1 mins
Lower Children's Group (Ages 6-8): 1~1.5 mins
Higher Children's Group (Ages 9-11):1~2 mins
Youth Group (Ages 12-14): 1~3 mins
Young Adult Group (Ages 15-17):1.5~2 mins
Open Group (Ages 18 and above): 1.5~3 mins

Merit Award: 70 - 79 points (per age group, awarded to eligible participants not receiving the above awards)
Best Education Award: Eligible for recommending 5 or more participants; Selected based on the overall comprehensive score of the recommended participants

．任何學校/教育中心/團體推薦參賽者達10名或以上，可獲「團體獎」
．Any school/educational center/group recommending 10 or more participants will receive a "Group Award".
．任何導師推薦參賽者達5名或以上，可獲「導師獎」
．Any instructor recommending 5 or more participants will receive an "Instructor Award".

領取奬項細則 / Award Collection Details：

比賽得獎結果將以電郵通知，並於此網站上刊登；
比賽獎項將於獎項申請結束後六十天內發送；
比賽奬項及證書均採用順豐速運運費寄付寄送；
所有比賽獎項一經簽收或領取，如有任何損壞或遺失，將不獲補發；
如因填寫資料有誤或無法順利聯繫，以致包裹無法投遞，主辦方概不負責。

The competition results will be notified via email and published on this website.
Awards will be dispatched within two months after the award application period ends.
Competition prizes and certificates will be sent using SF Express with shipping fees prepaid.
Once the awards have been signed for or collected, no replacements will be issued for any damages or losses.
The organizer is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect information or unsuccessful contact attempts.
