2026 智匯同文・亞太兒童及青少年填色及繪畫比賽秉持「智匯同文，藝潤新苗」的核心理念，致力傳承與弘揚多元優秀視覺藝術，深耕青少年美育發展，為亞太地區熱愛繪畫、擁有藝術創作素養的少年兒童，打造高規格、專業化的校園藝術展示平台。賽事助力廣大青少年創作者釋放藝術潛能、閃耀創作風采，充分展現新時代亞太少年蓬勃向上的精神風貌、深厚文化底蘊與自信從容的藝術氣質。

The 2026 Wisdom and Culture Asia-Pacific Children and Youth Coloring and Drawing Competition, upholding the core concept of "Wisdom and Culture, Nurturing New Talents with Art," is dedicated to inheriting and promoting diverse and outstanding visual arts, cultivating aesthetic education for youth, and creating a high-standard, professional campus art display platform for children and teenagers in the Asia-Pacific region who love painting and possess artistic creation skills. The competition helps young creators unleash their artistic potential, shine with their creative talents, and fully demonstrate the vibrant spirit, profound cultural heritage, and confident artistic temperament of the new generation of Asia-Pacific youth.

比賽內容 | Competition Content

本次2026智匯同文·亞太兒童及青少年填色及繪畫比賽特設繪畫單一參賽組別，涵蓋手繪填色、素描、水彩、水粉、油畫、彩鉛畫、漫畫插畫、國畫、創意綜合材料繪畫、集體主題創作等全品類繪畫參賽形式，無創作風格、畫作類型相關限制。參賽作品不設題材、風格與地域壁壘，廣泛收錄經典藝術臨摹、現代潮流創作、校園原創畫作、民族風情繪製、正能量主題創作、影視動漫原創改編、自然風光與人文生活描繪等多元繪畫創作類型。賽事專為亞太地區兒童及青少年打造專業校園藝術展示平臺，助力參賽選手充分釋放藝術天賦與創作表現能力，全方位展現當代學子青春風采與多元藝術文化底蘊。

The 2026 Wisdom Integration & Common Culture · Asia-Pacific Children and Teenagers Coloring and Painting Championship sets a single painting category. It accepts all kinds of painting creation forms, including hand-drawn coloring, sketching, watercolor, gouache, oil painting, colored pencil painting, comic illustration, traditional Chinese painting, creative mixed-media painting, group thematic creation and other diverse painting types, with no restrictions on creation styles and work genres. There are no limitations on the themes, styles and regions of competition entries. The competition embraces a rich variety of painting works, ranging from classic art copies, modern trend creations and original campus paintings to ethnic style paintings, positive energy-themed creations, original and adapted film and television animation works, as well as paintings depicting natural scenery and human life. Committed to building a professional campus art display platform for children and teenagers across the Asia-Pacific region, the competition enables participants to fully explore their artistic talent and creative potential, and present the youthful demeanor of young students as well as profound and diverse art cultural heritage.

比賽組委會將在比賽結果正式公佈後，約 60 個工作日內通過掛號信方式，為獲獎者寄送榮譽獎項及定制證書（若有定制需求）。The Competition Organizing Committee will send honorary awards and customized certificates (if customized) to the winners by registered post within approximately 60 working days after the official announcement of the competition results.

提交方式/Submission Method：

透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。

Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The naming convention is Name - Age Group.

專業技巧與畫作質量（30 分）/ Technical Skill & Creation Quality (30 points)

評判構圖布局、線條流暢度、造型準確度、色彩搭配與暈染層次、畫面細節處理與作品完成完整度，全面體現參賽選手繪畫基礎功底與日常訓練水準。Evaluate composition layout, line fluency, modeling accuracy, color matching and gradient layering, picture detail processing and overall work completeness, fully reflecting contestants’ fundamental painting proficiency and daily training standards.

藝術表達與視覺美感（25 分）/ Artistic Expression & Visual Aesthetics (25 points)

評判畫面氛圍營造、層次明暗處理、色彩張力、筆觸細節把控、作品美感詮釋與整體視覺呈現，凸顯創作獨特藝術感染力、審美層次與參賽者個人藝術素養。Evaluate picture atmosphere creation, light and shadow layering processing, color tension, brushwork detail control, aesthetic interpretation and overall visual presentation, highlighting the unique artistic appeal, aesthetic depth and contestants’ personal artistic literacy.

主題創意與內涵呈現（30 分）/ Original Creativity & Connotation Presentation (30 points)

評判作品創意構思、表現手法獨特性、視角新穎度、校園正能量主題融合度、個人藝術風格詮釋，契合2026 智匯同文・亞太兒童及青少年填色及繪畫比賽以美育人、激發少年藝術創造潛能的辦賽宗旨。Evaluate originality of creative conception, innovative expression techniques, unique perspectives, integration with positive campus themes and personal artistic style expression, consistent with the mission of 2026 Wisdom Integration & Common Culture · Asia‑Pacific Children and Teenagers Coloring and Painting Competition of nurturing youngsters with art and stimulating juvenile creative potential.

創作規範與作品儀態（15 分）/ Creation Standardization & Work Specification (15 points)

評判畫面整潔度、創作態度嚴謹度、作品格式規範、主題契合度、參賽創作完整度，展現青少年良好藝術素養與國際藝術賽事創作標準。Evaluate picture neatness, rigorous creation attitude, standardized work format, theme fitting degree and complete creation specification, demonstrating teenagers’ elegant artistic demeanor and creation standards of international art competitions.

Best Education Award: Eligible for recommending 5 or more participants; Selected based on the overall comprehensive score of the recommended participants

領取奬項細則 / Award Collection Details：

比賽得獎結果將以電郵通知，並於此網站上刊登；
比賽獎項將於獎項申請結束後六十天內發送；
比賽奬項及證書均採用順豐速運運費寄付寄送；
所有比賽獎項一經簽收或領取，如有任何損壞或遺失，將不獲補發；
如因填寫資料有誤或無法順利聯繫，以致包裹無法投遞，主辦方概不負責。

The competition results will be notified via email and published on this website.
Awards will be dispatched within two months after the award application period ends.
Competition prizes and certificates will be sent using SF Express with shipping fees prepaid.
Once the awards have been signed for or collected, no replacements will be issued for any damages or losses.
The organizer is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect information or unsuccessful contact attempts.

參賽作品要求 / Competition Entry Requirements

參賽作品需為參賽者本人獨立完成之完整繪畫作品，由參賽者本人獨立進行創作。參賽主題、創作風格、表現形式自選，形式不限，歡迎原創繪畫、二次改編創作、集體主題創作等各類繪畫作品參賽。允許使用曾參加其他藝術賽事之畫作參賽。作品命名格式：姓名‑年齡組別‑參賽類別（例：王五‑幼兒組‑彩鉛繪畫；陳六‑兒童組‑國畫；趙七‑少年組‑漫畫插畫）。

This is a coloring and painting competition. Participants only need to submit original complete artwork photos or scanned copies and strictly comply with the specification requirements specified by the competition. All artworks must be independently created by the participant. Fully AI‑generated finished paintings, stolen online artworks, picture splicing, copying other creators’ works and other fraudulent productions are strictly prohibited. Heavy digital retouching that substantially changes the participant’s original creation is forbidden to ensure the authenticity and originality of entries. You may submit works via official email if the file size is too large.

若經查證畫作非本人真實創作、存在盜用他人作品、AI 生成完整成品冒充手繪、抄襲仿冒、冒名參賽等違規行為，將立即取消參賽資格。參賽內容如違反相關法律法規、公序良俗，一切法律責任由參賽者自行承擔，主辦單位不承擔任何相關責任。所有參賽畫作圖片不得含有不良、違規、爭議性畫面，不得包含商業宣傳、政治推廣元素，不得出現與繪畫比賽無關的廣告字幕、水印、標識及多餘圖文。

Participants found to have submitted artworks not of their own authentic creation, stolen other creators’ works, submitted fake AI‑generated paintings, plagiarized works, or competed under false pretenses will be disqualified immediately. If any entry violates relevant laws, regulations and public order and good customs, the participant shall bear all legal responsibilities independently, and the organizer shall not be liable. All submitted artwork images must not contain inappropriate, illegal or controversial content, nor commercial or political promotion elements, and shall not include irrelevant advertising subtitles, watermarks, logos and redundant images and texts unrelated to the painting competition.

所有參賽繪畫作品之著作權及最終使用權歸 2026 智匯同文・亞太兒童及青少年填色及繪畫比賽主辦協會所有。

The copyright and ultimate usage right of all entries shall belong to the organizing association of 2026 Wisdom Integration & Common Culture · Asia‑Pacific Children and Teenagers Coloring and Painting Competition.
